摘 要:目的 探讨超声对小儿颈部异位胸腺的诊断价值及其超声声像图特征。方法 选取我院2014年1月-2016年4月收治的9例颈部异位胸腺男患儿,8例位于左侧颈部,1例位于右侧颈部;初诊年龄1个月-1岁,回顾性分析临床结合影像学(超声,CT或MRI)诊断异位胸腺的超声表现。结果 超声表现均为实性中等回声包块,边界清,可见完整包膜,内部可见多发线条状稍高回声,且分布均匀,内部均可见血流信号,不侵犯周围组织,与胸腔前纵膈的胸腺回声一致。结论 小儿颈部异位胸腺超声声像图具有特异性,不易与其他病变混淆,在小儿颈部异位胸腺一般不需鉴别诊断,超声诊断是小儿颈部异常包块首选检查方法。Objective To investigate the diagnostic values of the ultrasound in pediatric ectopic cervical thymusand to analyze the sonographic characteristics of this disease.Methods 9 pediatric cases with ectopic cervical thymus were admitted from January 2014 to April 2016 in our hospital. All the affected cases were male, aged between 1 month and 1 year old. 8 cases occurred on left neck side of cervix, while 1 case was located on right neck side. The clinical features and medical images (ultrasound, CT or MR) were analyzed.Results Ultrasound ifndings were uniformly isoechoic solid mass with well-delineated capsule. Within the lesionhomogeneously distributed multiplethin linear echo, similar to the normally located mediastinal thymus. Blood flow signal was detected in all cases and none of those lesions infiltrated into surrounding tissue. ConclusionThe ectopic cervical thymus possesses special ultrasound features which lead to straightforward diagnosis without miss diagnosis with other conditions. Ultrasound examination should be the ifrst choice for pediatric cervical mass.
