摘  要:目的 观察冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平与冠状动脉病变的关系及病变程度的相关性。方法 选取2016年2-9月疑似冠心病经本院冠脉造影证实冠心病患者60例、造影后证实为非冠心病患者40例,采用速率法测定上述所有患者的同型半胱氨酸,分析HCY与冠心病的关系及与冠脉狭窄程度的相关性。结果 冠心病组HCY高于非冠心病组;且升高的程度与冠脉病变的数量及严重程度呈正相关。结论 HCY升高是冠心病的独立危险因素之一,且与冠脉病变严重程度相关。Objective To observe the relationship between plasma homocysteine (HCY) levels and coronary artery lesions and the degree of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods From February to September 2016 by the Institute of suspected coronary heart disease conifrmed by coronary angiography, 60 cases of patients with coronary heart disease after angiography confirmed 40 cases of patients with coronary heart disease, homocysteine was measured in all patients by rate method, correlation analysis of the relationship between HCY and coronary heart disease and coronary artery stenosis degree.ResultsHCY in patients with coronary heart disease was signiifcantly higher than that in the non CHD group, and the degree of elevation was positively correlated with the number and severity of coronary artery lesions.Conclusion Elevated HCY is an independent risk factor for coronary artery disease, and which is associated with the severity of coronary artery disease.
