硬脑膜减张缝合应用于重型颅脑损伤去骨瓣减压术中的效果探究

摘　　要：目的探讨硬脑膜减张缝合在重型颅脑损伤去骨瓣减压术中的应用效果。方法 82例重型颅脑损伤患者分别给予去骨瓣减压术中硬脑膜敞开治疗(对照组41例)及去骨瓣减压术中硬脑膜减张缝合治疗(观察组41例),观察两组患者治疗情况。结果观察组患者植物生存率及死亡率低于对照组;观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,两组数据对比,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论硬脑膜减张缝合能有效降低重型颅脑损伤患者的并发症发生率,对降低患者植物生存率及死亡率亦有良好效果。Objective To investigate the effect of dura mater reduction and suture in the severe traumatic brain injury.Methods 82 cases of patients with severe craniocerebral injury were given to dural craniectomy open treatment （control group 41 cases） and dural craniectomy suture treatment （observation group 41 cases）, two groups were observed in patients with treatment. Results The survival rate and mortality rate of the observation group were lower than that of the control group, the incidence rate of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.ConclusionDural suture can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients with severe craniocerebral injury, and has a good effect on plant survival rate and mortality.
