探讨腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗异位妊娠的临床效果对比观察

摘　　要：目的 研究分析异位妊娠使用腹腔镜和开腹手术治疗的临床效果差异性。方法 选取我院2013年1月-2014年5月收治的异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,将其分为观察组和对照组,观察组（n=69）接受腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组（n=68）接受开腹手术治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果 观察组患者平均手术时间、平均出血量均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的效果突出,对患者的创伤小,术后恢复快,并发症发生率低。Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic and open surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods According to the analysis of patients with ectopic pregnancy from January 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital, patients were divided into observation group and control group, 69 cases in observation group underwent laparoscopic surgery, 68 cases in control group were treated with open operation, compare the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups.Results The average operation time and average blood loss of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy is prominent, the patients with small trauma, rapid recovery of postoperative patients, the probability of complications is low.
