面神经颞支的应用解剖学观察

摘　　要：目的 观察尸体面神经,尤其是其颞支的支数、分布等情况。方法 经过解剖成人尸体标本60侧,记录和分析面神经颞支的数目和分布。结果 面神经中颞支的分支一般是1-5支,其中2-4支者最常见。颞支分支从起始点经颧弓上缘到外眦的平均长度是（54.03±10.84）mm,面神经颞支中去额肌的分支从起始点到颧弓下缘的平均长度是（26.94±12.53）mm,面神经颞支中去眼轮匝肌的分支从起始点到外眦的平均长度是（35.27±15.32）mm,测量出面神经颞支中最后的分支距离耳屏上切迹最前点的平均长度是（19.03±5.01）mm,以及最前支到耳屏上切迹最前点平均长度是（35.87±6.39）mm,其分布范围为（19.57±3.26）mm。结论 熟悉颞面区解剖学特征,能够有效得预防在手术的过程中伤及到面神经。Objective To observe the facial nerve temporal branch number, direction and distribution, and so on and so forth.Methods 60 side by anatomical specimens of adult bodies, understanding of the temporal branch number and its direction.ResultsThe facial nerve temporal branches of 1 - 5, with 2 - 4 who for the most. Facial nerve in the temporal branches out parts over the edge of zygomatic arch to the lateral canthus Angle of the average distance was （54.03 ± 10.84） mm, frontal muscle branch of a site to the edge of zygomatic arch average distance of （26.94 ± 12.53） mm, the orbicularis oculi muscle branch of a site to the lateral canthus average distance was （35.27 ± 15.32） mm, on tragus incisure is the most front and lateral canthus point of attachment, the facial nerve in the temporal and the last one before the distance on the tragus incisure were most average distance of （19.03 ± 5.01） mm, with the former to the tragus incisure is the most front the average distance was （35.87 ± 6.39） mm, its distribution range is （19.57 ± 3.26） mm. ConclusionFamiliar with anatomy temporal surface area, can effectively prevent the operation across the nerve injury.
