慢性化脓性中耳炎手术治疗的围术期护理心得

摘　　要：目的：探讨慢性化脓性中耳炎手术治疗的围术期护理体会。方法选取我院2014年7月-2016年6月收治的慢性化脓性中耳炎手术患者75例作为研究对象，普通组围术期进行常规护理，观察组围术期进行综合护理。比较两组患者满意度、不良情绪情况。结果观察组患者围术期护理质量满意度为97.37%，高于普通组（81.08%）；观察组护理后负性情绪评分优于普通组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。其中，普通组焦虑和抑郁自评量表评分分别为（45.34±5.24）分和（46.12±5.17）分，观察组分别为（37.29±2.13）分和（35.12±2.23）分。结论慢性化脓性中耳炎手术治疗的围术期综合护理效果显著，可有效改善患者负性情绪，减少手术并发症的发生，患者对护理质量满意度高。Objective To investigate the experience of perioperative nursing in the treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media.Methods 75 cases of patients with chronic suppurative otitis media in our hospital from July 2014 to June 2016 were selected and the routine nursing was performed during the perioperative period. The perioperative period of the observation group was comprehensive nursing care of cases. Compared two groups of patients satisfaction, bad mood.Results The observation group patients perioperative nursing quality satisfaction 97.37%, which was signiifcantly higher than the ordinary group （81.08%）, observation group after nursing negative emotional score signiifcantly better than the ordinary group, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. The scores of anxiety and depression self rating scale in ordinary group were respectively （45.34 ± 5.24） and （46.12 ± 5.17）, and observation group were （37.29 ± 2.13） and （35.12 ± 2.23） respectively.Conclusion The surgical treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media in the perioperative comprehensive nursing effect, which can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients, to reduce the incidence of surgical complications, satisfaction of nursing quality.
