摘　　要：目的 分析子宫肌瘤手术护理路径中舒适护理的临床效果。方法 将我院2014年7月-2015年7月收治的97例子宫肌瘤手术患者随机分两组,观察组49例实行舒适护理,对照组48例实行常规护理,对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组寒冷、焦虑、疼痛、孤单感、恐惧等舒适度指标及并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,P〈0.05。结论 舒适护理应用于子宫肌瘤手术护理路径中,能显著提高患者舒适度、降低并发症发生率。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comfortable nursing in the nursing pathway of uterine fibroids.MethodsFrom July 2014 to July 2015, 97 cases of uterine fibroids surgery were randomly divided into two groups, 49 cases of the observation group implemented comfortable nursing, 48 cases of the control group implemented routine care, Comparing the two groups of nursing effect.ResultsThe observation group of cold, anxiety, pain, loneliness, fear and other comfort indicators and the incidence of complications were signiifcantly lower than the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion Comfortable nursing in the nursing pathway of uterine ifbroids, can signiifcantly improve the comfort of patients, reduce the incidence of complications.
