家庭护理对异基因骨髓移植患儿的作用与建议

摘　　要：异基因骨髓移植是治疗白血病、免疫缺陷、再生障碍性贫血、地中海贫血等患者的有效手段,然而,由于目前我国医护力量不足,而异基因骨髓移植治疗又往往由于受感染、移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)等因素影响,风险大,预后差,需要患者家属的积极配合,共同护理好患者。本文以一位异基因骨髓移植患儿的家庭护理为例,对家庭护理的6个方面提出了加强家庭护理的建议。Allogeneic bone marrow transplantation is the treatment of leukemia, immunodeficiency, aplastic anemia, thalassemia patients effectively, however, because our country medical lack of strength, bone marrow transplantation in the treatment of different genotype is often due to infection, graft-versus-host disease （GVHD） and other factors, high risk, poor prognosis, need actively cooperate with the families of patients, nursing care of patients with common good. In this paper, a case of allogeneic bone marrow transplantation in patients with family care as an example, and 6 aspects of family care to put forward the recommendations to strengthen family care.
