根治性经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗44例肌层浸润性膀胱癌疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析根治性经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术在肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者治疗中具体疗效。方法将我院收治的44例肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者随机均分为甲组和乙组各22例,甲组行根治性经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术联合化疗治疗,乙组患者采用根治性膀胱切除术联合盆腔淋巴结清扫术,观察两组效果。结果甲组患者手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间均优于乙组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后一年甲组患者复发率明显低于乙组,结果对比P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;甲组患者术后生活质量良好情况(90.9%)明显高于乙组患者恢复情况(81.9),两组结果对比P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论针对肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者进行根治性经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术联合化疗治疗,患者术中治疗安全性更高,术后恢复情况好,且患者复发率低,治疗效果更为显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the radical transurethral bladder tumor resection in patients with muscle invasive bladder cancer specific therapeutic effect.Methods In our hospital,44 cases of muscle invasive bladder cancer patients were randomly divided into groups A and B,each group was 22 cases,Group A was treated with radical transurethral resection of bladder tumor resection combined with chemotherapy,group B were treated with radical cystectomy combined with pelvic lymph node dissection,they were observed effect.Results Surgical time,blood loss and hospital stay of group A were better than that of group B,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the recurrence rate of group A was significantly lower than that of Group B,the results of comparison P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant;postoperative quality of life in patients with Group A good case（90.9%） was significantly higher than that of group B patients recovery（81.9）,two sets of results comparing P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion For patients with muscle invasive bladder cancer were radical transurethral bladder tumor resection combined with chemotherapy,patients undergoing treatment more secure,postoperative recovery is good,and the recurrence rate of patients and the treatment effect are more significant,it is worthy of clinical application.
