摘  要:针对不同进口空气速度对卧式小型燃油锅炉燃烧情况的影响进行了数值模拟仿真,分析了炉膛内的速度场、温度场以及二氧化碳质量分数的变化情况。结果表明:当进口空气流速增大时,锅炉炉膛内的流体速度、最高温度有所增大,而二氧化碳的排放有所降低,锅炉炉膛内的速度场、温度场以及二氧化碳质量分数分布都变得更加均匀。这主要是由于空气速度的增大,提供了更多的氧气,同时增强了燃料与氧气间的混合,使得化学反应速率增大,炉膛内燃烧更充分,传热传质过程都有所改善。但过大的进口空气流速会增大锅炉的损耗,带走更多的热量而降低炉膛内的温度。因此,选择合适的进口空气速度有利于燃油锅炉的安全高效运行。The numerical simulation was carried out to analyze the influence of different inlet air velocitieson combustion in horizontal small oil-fired boiler. The change conditions of the velocity field, temperature field and the mass fraction of carbon dioxide in the furnace were discussed. The results show that when the air inlet velocity increases, the fluid velocity and the maximum temperature in the furnace will increase, and carbon dioxide emission will decrease. And all of them become more uniform. This is mainly due to the increase of inlet air velocity providing more oxygen and it enhances the mixing of fuel and oxygen, which increases the chemical reaction rate. The combustion in the furnace is more adequate, and the heat and mass transfer process are improved. While, if the inlet air velocity is too high, it will increase the loss of the boiler, and take away more heat which will reduce the temperature in the furnace. Therefore, the choice of appropriate inlet air velocity is conducive to the safe and efficient operation of the oil-fired boiler.
