摘  要:从节能降耗的设计思路出发,对涂装车间烘干室进行优化设计研究,同时考虑设备的耐用性、清洁方便、可维护等方面,得到新型烘干室结构;用有限元仿真软件进行烘干室内流场仿真分析,验证设计的可行性;根据按照设计及仿真优化结果的烘干室进行实际运行结果,对比传统烘干炉,验证了新型烘干室的高效节能。Embarking from the design concept of saving energy and reducing consumption, the oven room of painting shop wasdesigned and studied, at the same time, considering the equipment durability,convenient cleaning and maintenance etc., a new oven room structure was get. The simulation of flow field in oven room with finite element simulation software was done to verify the feasibility of the design.According to the design and simulation results of the oven room for the actual operation results, and compared with the traditional oven room, the high efficient and energy saving of the new oven room was verified.
