摘  要:随着绿色能源的推广与普及,锂电池材料的需求量逐年攀升。回转炉以其产量大、占地小、辅助装置少等优势,在电池材料烧结领域越来越受到重视。文章介绍了锂电池材料某钴酸锂前驱体低温烘干回转炉的主要设计计算过程,并对加热装置、密封装置、保温层等关键结构进行了优化设计,提出了相应的高性能结构。投产运行表明,该回转炉产能高、运行平稳、产品质量好。With the promotion and popularization of green energy, the demand for lithium battery materials is increasing year by year. Rotary kiln has been paid more and more attention in the field of battery material sintering with its advantages such as large output, small occupied area and little auxiliary device. The main design calculation process of the low-temperature drying rotary kiln for lithium battery materials, a cobalt acid lithium precursor body is introduced, and the optimal design of the heating device, sealing device, insulation layer and other key structure design is carried out, and the corresponding high performance structure is put forward. The commissioning test shows that the rotary kiln runs smoothly and its production capacity are high, and its product quality is good.
