摘　　要：大庆某公司油气厂为适应新增原油加工能力的要求,消除因原油稳定加热炉炉管超设计寿命带来的安全隐患,对一套原油稳定装置进行消除瓶颈和安全隐患的技术改造。在加热炉的改造设计过程中采用了FRNC-5PC软件进行模拟计算,加热炉各项设计指标均满足设计规范。For meeting the demands of the oil processing ability and eliminating the potential risk of crude stabilization furnace tubes for exceeding design life, the technological innovation of an oil stabilization device in a Daqing oil-air plant was made to eliminate bottlenecks and security hidden danger. The FRNC-5PC software was used for simulation computation during the redesign process, and all calculated results of the furnacecould meet the design specification.
