摘　　要：简述了梅钢热轧加热炉采用空气、煤气双预热工艺技术,并对生产运行数据进行了分析。结果表明,加热炉采用空煤气预热技术,降低了加热炉燃料消耗和生产成本,提高了加热炉的热效率,取得了明显的节能效果。The technology about air and gas double preheating in hot rolling reheating furnace at Meigang is introduced, and the production data of reheating furnace are analyzed. The results show that the air and gas double preheating technology can reduce the energy consumption and production costs, increase the heat effect of the heating furnace, and achieve obvious energy saving effect.
