摘  要:在油田生产中,硫化氢是一种常见气体,其可能伴生于油、天然气井,也可能是SRB细菌滋生所致。硫化氢不仅会腐蚀设备、管道,而且给作业人员及生产安全带来了极大的威害,特别是输油海管,由于其维修检测的难度,因此输油海管硫化氢含量控制更为重要。结合油田H_2S产生特点及原因,选择化学脱硫技术,筛选出了一种有效除硫剂并推广应用于南海东部海域惠州油田,在加注浓度为80ppm时,硫化氢脱除率达到90%以上,取得了不错的应用效果。In the oilfield exploitation, H_2S is a common gas which may be associated with oilgas wells or may be caused by SRB bacteria. H_2S not only can corrode equipments and pipelines, but also can bring great harm for safety of personnel and oil production. Especially oil subsea pipelines, since the difficulty of its maintenance and inspection is big, H_2S content control is very important in oil subsea pipelines. According to the cause of H_2S formation, chemical desulfurization technology has been selected. In this paper, an effective desulphurization agent was screened out, and it was applied to Huizhou oilfield in the Eastern South China Sea. When injected desulphurization agent was 80 ppm,H_2S removal rate was above 90% and good application results were achieved.
