摘  要:为了探究壳寡糖(Chitosan oligosaccharide,COS)对仔猪免疫器官中免疫酶活力的影响,研究将COS作为饲料添加剂以50 g/t的比例添加到仔猪日粮中,饲喂28 d后屠宰仔猪,将取得的胸腺、脾脏用于免疫酶的检测。试验结果显示,COS能有效提升仔猪胸腺的NOS活性(P<0.01),尤其对胸腺c NOS的活性有明显的提升作用(P<0.01);对胸腺、脾脏两种免疫器官的CAT活性也有一定的提升效果。由此可见,将COS添加到饲料中对仔猪的免疫能力有一定提升作用,COS作为仔猪饲料添加剂具有一定的应用前景。In order to study the effect of chitosan oligosaccharide on enzyme activity of immune organs in piglets, we added chitosan oligosaecharide as a dietary feed additive with the amount of 50 g/t to the piglets, and then on 28th feeding day piglets were killed after feeding. The thymus, spleen were detected with immune enzyme. The results showed that ehitosan oligosaccharide can effectively en- hance the activity of NOS in thymus of piglets(P〈0.01), especially can significantly improve effect on thymus cNOS activity (P〈0.01), the two immune organs CAT activity including thymus and spleen, ex- hibited certain promotion effect. Thus, the chitosan oligosaccharide added to the piglets in feed should enhance the role. It is prospective in application for adding chitosan oligosaccharide into pig feed additive.
