摘 要:为探讨外源pGH基因对转基因猪繁殖性能的影响及其在F1代中的遗传情况,对转pGH基因长白猪与普通长白猪繁殖性能的各项指标进行了测定和比较,并对转基因猪F1代仔猪进行了外源基因的检测。结果显示,除转基因母猪F1代仔猪断奶个体质量差异显著(P<0.05)外,转pGH基因猪与非转基因猪繁殖性能其他指标均差异不显著;转基因公猪和转基因母猪F1代仔猪转基因阳性率分别为50.00%和47.83%,外源pGH基因对转基因猪的繁殖性能未产生显著影响,并可遗传给下一代。本研究为规范合理选育转pGH基因猪提供了理论依据,为进一步研究节粮型高瘦肉率转基因猪及其在实际生产中的应用奠定基础。This study was conducted to analyze the effects of exogenous pGH gene on reproductive performance of transgenic pigs and genetic conditions of exogenous gene (pOll). Reproductive performance indicators of transgenic pigs were examined and compared with that of non-transgenic pigs. Exogenous genes were detected in F~ generation of transgenic individuals. The results demon- strated that except for the weaning weight of first-born piglets from transgenic sows,the other in- dicators of reproductive performance of transgenic pigs and non-transgenic pigs had no significant differences. Transgenic positive rates of F1 generation of transgenic boars and sows were 50.00% and 47.83% ,respectively. The results suggested that exogenous pGH gene did not have significant effects on reproductive performance of transgenic pigs and could be transmitted from transgenic founders to progeny. This study provided a reference for reasonable breeding management of trans- genic pGH pigs and laid the foundation for further research on grain saving, high lean meat percentage transgenic pigs and its application in the actual production.
