摘 要:分别采用常规还原硫化法、低温注硫还原法、硫酸盐浸渍法制备3种不同的含硫铂铼重整催化剂,以正庚烷为模型化合物,进行3种催化剂的脱氢环化反应性能评价,并用TPR和吡啶吸附红外光谱对催化剂进行表征,研究不同方式引入的硫对铂铼重整催化剂正庚烷脱氢环化性能的影响。结果表明:与常规还原硫化法制备的催化剂相比,采用低温注硫还原法制备的催化剂和硫酸盐浸渍法制备的催化剂时具有更高的芳烃产率和选择性,其中硫酸盐浸渍法制备的催化剂上芳烃产率和选择性最高。Three different platinum-rhenium reforming catalysts were prepared by conventional reduction and presulfurization, sulfur injection at low temperature during reduction and the sulfate impregnation method, respectively. The performance of dehydrocyelization of n-heptane over the three catalysts was investigated using n-heptanes as a model compound. The catalysts were characterized by TPR and pyridine adsorption Fourier-transform infrared to test the effect of sulfur introduced by different ways on the performance of dehydrocyelization of n-heptane. The results show that the catalysts pre- pared by sulfur injection at low temperature during reduction and the sulfate impregnation method exhibit better aromatics yields and selectivities compared to the catalyst prepared by conventional method. Especially the catalyst prepared by sulfate impregnation method reveals the highest aromatics yield and selectivity.
