网络信息生态环境中的信息制度环境优化研究

摘　　要：信息制度环境是网络信息生态环境的重要组成部分。文章在分析网络信息生态环境中信息制度环境的概念和构成的基础上,从制度体系、内容规定、实施能力、实施机制方面提出网络信息生态环境中信息制度环境优化准则,提出强化制度意识、把握制度现状、构建制度体系、完善制度内容、增强制度实施能力、完善制度实施机制是优化网络信息生态环境中信息制度环境的主要措施。Information system environment is an important part of network information ecological environment. This paper firstly analyzes the conception and construction of information system environment for the network information ecological environment, and then puts forward the optimization criterion on information system environment of network information ecological environment from the aspects of system, content requirements, implementation capacity, and implementation mechanisms. At last, it proposes some optimization strategies on information system environment of the network information ecological environment： enhance the system consciousness, grasp the system status, set up the system, perfect the system content, strengthen the implementation capacity of the system and improve the implementation mechanism of the system.
