摘 要:本文完成了微型旋转摆式发动机驱动机构的设计,并验证其运动规律。为诠释这一新型动力系统的热力循环特性,在Matlab环境下建立了零维仿真模型,获得了发动机周期内的热力过程和性能,并探讨了泄漏效应对发动机性能的影响。研究结果表明:泄漏对发动机热力过程和性能存在显著影响,当工作频率一定时,发动机效率随着间隙高度增加而降低,随着间隙深度的增加而提高;当泄漏间隙一定时,效率随着工作频率先增加后减小,存在最佳工作频率。假定泄漏间隙尺寸控制在20μm,工作频率55 Hz时,发动机达到最大热效率为23.62%,工作频率95 Hz时,发动机达到最大功率为3442 W,相比IHI公司的微型燃气轮机及密歇根大学的摆式发动机无论功重比还是效率都具有显著优势。A sound design of the drive mechanism for micro swinging rotor engine(MSRE) is given in this paper and its moving principle has been demonstrated.In order to clarify the thermodynamic cycle characteristic for this new power system,the zero-dimensional simulation model is established in MATLAB environment.The thermal cycle process and performance of MSRE are obtained,and the influence of leakage effect on its performance is investigated here.Deduced from the results,some important conclusions are drown as follows.When the operating frequency is constant,with the decrease of the gap height or the increase of the gap depth,the engine efficiency increases.When the gap height is constant,as the operating frequency increases,the engine efficiency increases at first and then decreases.So there must be an optimal operating frequency which makes the maximum efficiency.Assuming that the leakage gap height is controlled as 20 μm,when the operating frequency is 55 Hz,the maximum efficiency is 23.62%;when the operating frequency is 95 Hz,the maximum power is 3442 W.Compared with the Micro-Turbine made by IHI or the Micro Internal Combustion Swing Engine(MICSE) made by the University of Michigan,both the efficiency and power weight ratio of MSRE have been significantly improved.
