摘 要:目的系统评价蛋白C与儿童股骨头缺血性坏死的相关性。方法通过计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane library、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库,检索时间均为建库至2016年2月,收集国内外有关蛋白C与儿童股骨头缺血性坏死关联的相关文献。并用纽卡斯尔-渥太华量表(NOS)文献质量评价表对纳入的文献进行质量评价,提取数据,采用Stata 11.0软件对数据进行Meta分析。 结果共纳入文献14篇,其中12篇文献对蛋白C与儿童股骨头缺血性坏死患病组与对照组之间进行了比较,Meta分析结果表明:蛋白C在患病组及对照组之间差异无统计学意义[比值比(OR)=1.41,95%可信区间(CI)(0.87,2.28),P=0.147];5篇文献对蛋白C与儿童股骨头缺血性坏死白种人患病组与对照组之间进行了比较,Meta分析结果表明:蛋白C在白种人患病组及对照组之间差异无统计学意义[OR=3.66,95%CI(1.83,7.29),P=0.612];3篇文献对蛋白C与儿童股骨头缺血性坏死黄种人患病组与对照组之间进行了比较,Meta分析结果表明:蛋白C在黄种人患病组及对照组之间差异无统计学意义[OR=0.59,95%CI(0.05,6.72),P=0.080]。结论蛋白C与儿童股骨头缺血坏死无明显相关性。ObjectiveTo systematically evaluate the association between protein C and Legg-Calve-Perthes disease.MethodsA literature research was performed through PubMed, Embase, Cochrane library, Web of Science, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM), China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) and Wanfang Database from inception to February 2016 on the association between protein C and Legg-Calve-Perthes disease.According to the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale(NOS) criteria, the quality of studies was evaluated and data were extracted.Meta-analysis was performed with Stata 11.0 software.ResultsA total of 14 articles were included.Twelve articles on protein C and Legg-Calve-Perthes disease in the study group and the control group were compared.The results of Meta-analysis showed that there was no significant difference in protein C levels between the study group and the control group[odds radio(OR)=1.41, 95% confidence interval(CI)(0.87, 2.28), P=0.147]; five articles on protein C and the white race of Legg-Calve-Perthes disease between the study group and the control group were compared, The results of Meta-analysis showed that there was no significant difference in protein C levels between the whiteskin patients′ group and the control group[OR=0.612, 95%CI(1.83, 7.29), P=0.612]; three articles on protein C and the yellow race of Legg-Calve-Perthes disease between the study group and the control group were compared, and the results of Meta-analysis showed that there was no significant difference in protein C levels between the yellow skin patients group and the control group[OR=0.59, 95%CI(0.05, 6.72), P=0.080].ConclusionThere is no significant correlation between protein C and Legg-Calve- Perthes disease.
