摘  要:为了进一步研究耐火钢的性能,通过添加Mo、W、Nb等合金元素并进行了相应试验与测试,研究了各种合金元素对耐火钢性能的影响,开发出了含Mo、W合金的耐火钢材料。结果表明,Mo、W的加入可明显提高建筑用钢的力学性能与高温耐火性,降低冲击韧性及屈强比;当Mo含量为0.3%左右的样品以及W含量为0.21%的样品强韧匹配效果较佳。In order to further study the performance of refi'actory steel, with the addition of Mo, W and Nb alloy elements i the corresponding experiment and test were carried out. The effects of various elements on the properties of fire-resistant steel were studied. Then, the refractory material containing Mo and W alloy was developed. The results show that the addition of Mo and W can significantly improve the mechanical properties and high temperature refractory performance of construction steel, reduce the impact toughness and ratio of yield strength and tensile strength. The matching effect of strength-toughness of the steel with Mo content of about 0.3% and W content of 0.21%, respectively is better.
