退役泵车臂架高强钢的疲劳性能研究

摘　　要：研究对象为退役混凝土泵车(服役18500 h)的臂架高强钢材料WELDOX960E,通过疲劳试验,获得了S-N疲劳寿命曲线;通过尖端张开位移测试试验,记录了材料P-V曲线,绘制出了δ_R-Δa阻力曲线;从试验获取退役臂架高强钢材料的力学性能,分析了退役泵车臂架的再制造价值。High-strength steel WELDOX960E used in the retired concrete pump truck＇s boom （serving for 18500 h） was studied. Based on the fatigue test, the S-N curves was obtained, the P-V curves of WELDOX960E is recorded and 8R-Aa resistance curve is protracted by crack tip open displacement （COD） test. Lastly, according to the test, the mechanical performance of the high strength steel in the retired arm was obtained. The remanufacture value of the retired concrete pump truck＇s boom was analyzed.
