摘  要:基于规则溶液的双亚点阵模型建立了V-Ti复合微合金化N80非调质油套管钢中复合碳氮化物(V_x,Ti_(1-x))(C_yN_(1-y))的析出热力学模型,计算了不同温度(750~1500℃)下N80钢中碳氮化物析出相的体积分数、奥氏体及析出相的化学成分。结果表明,复合碳氮化物(V_x,Ti_(1-x))(C_yN_(1-y))的析出开始温度为1470℃,最大析出量可达到2.0×10^(-4)。微合金元素的析出次序是TiN→(TiV)(CN)→VC,在高温阶段的析出相主要以富Ti微量V的氮化物为主,而在低温阶段析出相主要以富V复合碳化物为主。Based on two sublattice models of regular solutions, a precipitation thermodynamic model of complex carbonitride (VxTi1-x)(CyN1-y) in N80 non Q&T casing steel was established. Then, the volume fraction of carbonitride precipitates and the composition of austenite and the precipitation phase at different temperatures (750-1500 ℃) in N80 steel were calculated. The results show that the precipitation starting temperature of composite carbonitride (Vx Ti1-x) (CyN1-y) precipitation is 1470℃, an the maximum precipitation quantity is 2.0×104. The dissolve sequence of micro-alloy element is TiN→(TiV)(CN)→VC. Ti-rich trace V complex nitride is considered as the dominant precipitate phase in high temperature region, and V-rich complex carbide is the main precipitate phase in low temperature region.
