摘 要:为增强钛合金耐磨性,利用多道搭接激光熔覆工艺在TC11表面制备CBN涂层。基于ANSYS软件平台,对熔覆温度场进行分析。对涂层的平整度与耐磨性进行研究。结果表明:温度场的形状类似于单道熔覆时的形状,呈扁圆形。此时温度场的分布不以光斑中心对称,温度场偏向一侧。由于有预热作用,熔覆升温要比降温快,且熔覆后一道次熔覆层上的最高温度要高于前一道次。随激光功率、送粉率和搭接率的增大,表面变得不平整。随扫描速度的增大,涂层面积变小,但表面平整度较好。熔覆层试样的磨损失重远远小于基体。随载荷的增加,熔覆层磨损量变化不大,而基体磨损量增加。To enhance the abrasive resistance of titanium alloy, CBN coatings were prepared by multi-track laser cladding on the surface ofTC11 alloy. Based on ANSYS sottware platform, the cladding temperature field was analyzed. The surface smoothness and abrasive resistance of the coating were also studied. The results show that:the shape of the temperature field is similar to the shape under single-track cladding,and it's oval. Then, the distribution of temperature field is not symmetrical at the center of the spot, and it's partial to one side. Under preheating function, the cladding temperature elevation is faster than temperature decreasing, and the highest temperature of the cladding layer of later track is higher than that of prior track. The surface becomes uneven with the increase of laser power, feeding rate and overlap rate. With the increase of scanning speed, the coating area becomes smaller, but the surface flatness is better. The wear mass loss of the coating is much less than that of the basement. With the increase of load, the wear mass loss of the cladding layer changes little, and the wear mass loss of matrix increases.
