摘  要:研究了不同退火工艺对SUS410L铁素体不锈钢热轧板组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:在600~800℃退火保温10~30 min,随着退火温度、时间的增加,再结晶程度增加,强度降低,伸长率升高;在750℃退火保温40~60min,随着退火时间延长,力学性能变化不明显;经850℃退火后,钢中有马氏体生成,由于马氏体相变强化作用,使得试样的强度升高、伸长率下降;马氏体显微硬度为180~190 HV,铁素体显微硬度为130~140 HV。The influences of different annealing processes on microstructure and mechanical properties of hot rolled plate of SUS410L ferrite stainless steel were researched. The results show that, during annealing at 600-800 ℃ for 10-30 min, with the increase of annealing temperature and time, the recrystallization degree increases, the strength decreases and the elongation increases. During annealing at 750 ℃ for 40-60 min, the change of mechanical properties is not obvious with the extension of annealing time. After annealing temperature at 850℃, martensite produces in the steel. Due to the strengthening effect of martensitic phase transformation, the strength of the sample increases and the elongation decreases. The microhardness of martensite is 180-190 HV, and the microhardness of ferrite is 130-140 HV.
