摘 要:为了研究激光热处理中的相变过程及其硬化机制,本文采用激光热处理方式对法兰盘端面进行了表面强化。根据Andrews公式计算得到10Cr Mo910钢的马氏体转变开始温度与应变诱导马氏体临界温度。利用Comsol多物理场模拟软件建立了激光热处理传热模型。并使用JMat Pro软件得到激光热处理过程中马氏体在各个温度下的含量。In order to study phase transition process and hardening mechanism during the laser heat treatment, the surface strengthening of the flange end surface was carried out by using laser heat treatment. The martensite start temperature and strain-induced martensite critical temperature of 10CrMo910 steel were calculated and obtained according to the Andrews formula. Heat transfer model of laser heat treatment was established by using Comsol multi-physics simulation software. The content of martensite at each temperature in laser heat treatment was obtained by using JMatPro software.
