摘  要:采用不同功率的激光对含稀土La和石墨烯的新型冷作模具钢进行了局部热处理,并对显微组织、表面硬度和耐磨损性能进行了测试与分析。结果表明,随激光输出功率的增加,该新型冷作模具钢的平均晶粒尺寸先基本不变后逐渐增大,表面硬度先增大后减小,耐磨损性能先提高后降低;激光输出功率优选为800 W。与未经局部热处理试样相比,采用800 W激光输出功率进行局部热处理的新型冷作模具钢中碳化物由粗大的网状结构变为细小的颗粒状弥散分布在基体中。The local heat treatment of the new-typed cold working die steels containing rare earth La and graphene was carried out by using laser with different powers. And the mierostrueture, surface hardness and wear resistance were tested and analyzed. The results show that the average grain sizes of the new-typed cold working die steel are firstly not changed and then increase, the surface hardness and wear resistance of the steel firstly increase and then decrease, with the increase of laser output power. The optimized laser output power is 800 W. Compared with the sample without local heat treatment, carbides in the new-typed cold working die steel by local heat treatment with the laser output power of 800 W change from coarse mesh microstructure into small granular distributing in the matrix.
