摘 要:为了提高波形弹簧合格率,对其分别进行了低温稳定化及淬火+回火工艺试验。采用压缩试验检测了不同热处理工艺下弹簧的合格率,分析了热处理工艺对合格率的影响。优化的波形弹簧热处理工艺为330℃×1 h然后水冷的低温稳定化处理,在采取工件装炉、出炉、炉温控制以及防锈处理等过程控制措施后,产品合格率由30%提高至80%。In order to improve the qualified rate,the tests of low temperature stabilization and quenching + tempering process of the wave spring were carried out, respectively. The qualified rate of the springs was measured through compressive test, and effects of the heat treatment process on qualified rate were analyzed. Optimized heat treatment process of the wave spring is low temperature stabilizing treatment at 330 ℃ for 1 h and then cooling in water. After adopting process control measures such as charging and discharging, temperature control and rust prevention treatment ere, the qualified rate of the product increases from 30% to 80%.
