摘  要:呼盟煤电基地电力系统中既包含交流串联补偿线路,又包含直流输电线路,次同步振荡情况复杂。文中对呼盟系统中各电厂的次同步振荡及抑制情况进行了全面的介绍,指出鄂温克电厂"持续存在的小幅次同步振荡"这一新情况。针对这一情况,对呼盟复杂互联系统进行化简建模,在MATLAB仿真平台上进行时域仿真。仿真结果与实际现场运行状况相符。仿真波形与实际录波波形的比较也验证了模型的正确性。对鄂温克电厂次同步振荡特性的分析为后续抑制措施的研究奠定了基础。The subsynchronous oscillation situation of Hulun Buir League power system is complicated for there are se- ries capacitor compensation lines as well as DC transmission lines. A comprehensive introduction to Subsynchronous oscillation and mitigation situation of power plants in Hulun Buir League power system is given in this paper. The sus- tained low amplitude Subsynchronous oscillation phenomenon in Ewenki Power Plant is emphasized. Aiming at this phenomenon, a simplified model of Hulun Buir League power system is proposed and the time-domain simulation based on MATLAB is carry out. Simulation results match with the practical situation on site, which verified the cor- rectness of the model. This research of subsynchronous oscillation lays a foundation for further study of subsequent mitigation measures in Ewenki Dower plant.
