摘 要:针对高压断路器操作机构型号的多样性,状态评估过程中标准线圈电流波形不统一的问题。提出通过对高压断路器操作机构分/合闸线圈电流波形曲线进行纵向和横向比对,来综合评估操作机构的运行状态,掌握其运行特性变化过程。并基于Lab VIEW软件平台开发了高压断路器操作机构状态评估系统。实例分析表明该评估系统可以准确的判断高压断路器电磁铁、操作机构本体、辅助开关三个部分的运行状态,及早发现操作机构的缺陷和故障隐患以便及时处理,从而提高高压断路器运行可靠性。In view of the diversity operating mechanism types for high voltage circuit breaker, ja new method is pro- posed. This method aims at the problems that the standard coil current waveform is not uniform during the status as- sessment process. To synthetically evaluate the operational state of the operating mechanism, it makes use of the open- ing,/closing coil current waveform curve of high voltage circuit breakeroperating mechanism to conduct the vertical and horizontal comparison, grasp the operating characteristics change process. And based on LabVIEW software platform, a circuit breaker operating mechanism state assess system is developed. The experimental results show that the state assess system can accurately determine the operational status of electric magnet of high voltage circuit breakers, sole- noid body operating mechanism, and the three parts of the auxiliary switch, early detection of defects and faults hid- den operating mechanism for timely processing, and improve the reliability of the high voltage circuit breaker opera tion.
