摘　　要：2016年8月,《中华烧伤杂志》发表了《成批严重烧伤伤员的转运方案(2016版)》。该指南由中国医师协会烧伤医师分会与中华医学会烧伤外科学分会55位学者共同制定,是首部用于成批严重烧伤伤员的转运方案的指南,旨在使严重烧伤伤员能快速、安全地到达指定的医疗单位,接受正规的专科治疗,提高伤员的救治成功率,减少伤残率。本研究试结合我国目前现状,对该指南中的要点进行解读。In August 2016,＂ the Chinese Journal of Bums＂ published the ＂Mass transfer of severely burned patients（2016 Edition） ＂. The guidelines are formulated jointly by the Chinese Medical Doctor Association and the 55 scholars of the de- partment of bum surgery of the Chinese Medical Association ,which is a guide for the delivery of the first batch of severely burned patients. The aim is to make the bum wounded quickly and safely reach the medical unit, accept the regular special- ist treatment ,improve the treatment success rate, reduce the rate of disability. This paper tries to combine the present situa- tion of our country to make an interpretation of the ＂guide＂.
