摘　　要：单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)感染是人类一种常见病、多发病。目前主要的治疗方法为全身及局部抗病毒治疗,能使病情得到不同程度的控制,但远没有达到根治及控制传播的目的,因此通过抗HSV疫苗的接种,诱导针对病毒的特异性自动免疫是最有效途径,尤其是DNA疫苗,更是今后重要的研究方向。HSV infection is a common disease, frequently-occurring disease in humans. The main treatment for systemic and topical is antiviral treatment. It will have different levels of disease control, but far from the purpose of achieving a cure and control the spread. So by HSV vaccine inoculation, resistance induction automatic against virus specific immune is the most effective way. DNA vaccine, in particular, is the more important research direc- tion in the future. In this article, we summarized the research situation and progress of HSV vaccine.
