摘　　要：低碳生态城市在控制性详细规划层面的研究主要围绕低碳生态城市控规技术理性和公共政策属性两方面展开。技术理性方面主要从低碳生态控规的"内在科学性"与"外在约束性"进行研究;公共政策属性方面主要围绕低碳生态控规实施总结等内容展开。总体来看现有研究尚处于起步阶段,以技术理性研究为主要议题,公共政策属性研究薄弱。文章以此为视角,对既有研究进行评述,讨论当前研究不足,并展望未来可能的研究方向。The research of the low carbon eco-city mainly focus on technical rationality, including inherent scientificalness and external constraint, and public policy attributes of the regulatory detailed planning. But overall it is still in the initial stage. Technical rationality research is leading and public policy research is weak. Based on two aspects of technical rationality and public policy, firstly, this paper reviews the existing research and practice discusses the shortcomings of the current research. Lastly, this paper predicts the possible direction of research.
