摘　　要：分析低碳生态城市视角下小尺度街廓的作用和意义,以深圳市为例,解读近年来城市规划建设中街廓尺度缩减的趋势,并从街廓初划、街廓再分、街廓连接和街廓开放4个不同规划阶段,总结规划设计、技术标准以及管理机制在塑造小尺度街廓时所起的作用,以提炼可供推广借鉴的规划管理经验。This paper analyzes the meaning and role of small scale urban block pattern from low-carbon eco-city perspective, interprets the trend of block scale diminution in urban planning and construction practice of Shenzhen city in recent years, and summarizes the effect of shaping small scale block of urban design practice, planning guidelines and management mechanism in 4 different planning phrases of first division, subdivision, connection and open management. Furthermore, it tries to provide references for planning.
