工业园区产城融合的空间形态演化过程研究——以苏州工业园区为例

摘　　要：当下产城分割之殇及其治理方式引起了学术界热议,从透析产城分割的"病因"入手,将产城融合视作一个动态演进过程,提出了一个工业园区从初建到成熟过程中历经生产功能扩张、服务功能集中、服务功能串联、主体功能渗透四个阶段的空间形态演化观点。同时结合苏州工业园区的案例,进行实证研究。The division-pain and governance of the city-industry at present trigger hot debate among the academic circle. This text starts with dialysis of the ＂pathogeny＂ of city-industry division, taking city- industry fusion as a dynamic evolution process, proposing the spatial form evolution view of four stages of an industrial park from the initial construction to its maturity： production function expansion, service function concentration, service function connection and main function penetration. At the same time it conducts empirical study by case analysis of Suzhou Industrial Park.
