中药联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗面部扁平疣临床疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的评价0.1%阿达帕林凝胶联合用中药煎水外敷治疗面部扁平疣的临床疗效及护理,探讨面部扁平疣的有效疗法.方法将154例面部扁平疣患者随机分为3组,联合组53例,采用0.1%阿达帕林凝胶外涂联合中药煎水外敷;中药煎水外敷组50例,采用双花、木贼、香附、山豆根及板蓝根中药煎水外敷;阿达帕林凝胶组51例,采用0.1%阿达帕林凝胶外涂.4周为1疗程,治疗2个疗程.结果经治疗后3组4,8周的有效率分别是62.26%,43.14%,36.00%和86.79%,66.67%,62.00%.结论 0.1%阿达帕林凝胶联合中药外敷治疗扁平疣疗效好,不良反应率低.Objective To investigate the clinical effect traditional medicine on Verruce plartae in face. Method and nursing care of 0. 1% adapalene gel combined with 154 patients with Verruea planae in face were divided into three groups randomly, 53 cases with 0. 1% adapalene gel and traditional Chinese medicine; 50 cases with traditional Chinese medicine with fried water application with honeysuckle, equisetales, eyperus rotundus, subprostrate sophora and radix isatidis;51 cases with 0.1% adapalene gel with external application. Results The effective rates in treatment of three groups were 86.79% ,66.67% ,62.00% after 8 weeks;the effective rates in treatment of three groups were 62.26% ,43.14%, 36.00% after 4 weeks. Conclusion The effect is good with 0. 1% adapalene gel and traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of Verruca plana and with less adverse reactions.
