摘  要:简要阐述了宝钢1号高炉并罐式无料钟炉顶布料偏析和铜冷却壁对操作炉型的影响,重点阐明了合理操作炉型的控制。1号高炉操作炉型控制的关键措施,一是保证合理的炉腹煤气量,合理调整送风制度,即炉腹煤气量指数控制在57.6-65.4m/min;风速270-275m/s,炉缸回旋区环带面积约占炉缸截面积的50%,炉身平均煤气流速在2.5-2.7m/s;二是探索合理的装料制度,确保焦炭平台宽度控制在2.35-2.55m,并采用溜槽和料罐周期性切换模式,以保持充沛的中心气流和合理的边沿气流。It is described the influence of distributed burden segregation in bell-less top with parallel hoppers and copper cooling stave to the operational furnace profiles in Baosteel's No. 1 BF, and the control measures of suitable operational fur- nace profiles. The major ways to control the operational furnace profiles include : ( 1 ) ensuring rational bosh gas volume and adopting rational blasting system with the aim of keeping the bosh gas volume index at 57.6 - 65.4 m/min, the blasting speed at 270 - 275 m/s, average gas flow-rate of furnace stack at 2.5 - 2.7m/s, and annular area of hearth raceway accounting for about 50% cross-sectional area of the hearth; (2) figuring out suitable charging sequence to form 2.35 -2.55 m coke plat- form width, and adopting periodic switch mode of chute and hopper for realizing sufficient center gas flow and rational periph- eral gas flow.
