摘　　要：医院设施正规化、管理标准化是近代医院的主要特征之一,但关于中国正规化近代医院的概念界定,在国内外医学史研究中仍显模糊。本文以近代豫北加拿大长老会医院的发展变化为例,探讨早期教会医疗机构评价报告《中国教会医院科学效率的研究》,对中国西式医院向正规化转型的影响,并进而客观地勾勒出正规化近代医院的主要指标。Facilities regularization and management standardization are important features of the modern hospital. But the definition of modern hospital regularization still looks blurring in medical history study. Based on the case of the development of hospitals of Canada Presbyterianism in north Henan province in modern times and a wealth of first-hand original documents, the paper is exclusively concerned with the effects of the evaluation medical institutions（An Enquiry into the Scientific Efficiency of Mission Hospitals in China） on regularization reform of western hospitals in China, and try to view the main quality indexes more objectively for regularization modern hospital.
