2015年德阳市县级公共场所集中空调通风系统污染现状分析

摘  要:目的了解德阳市县级公共场所集中空调通风系统污染现状,为基层集中空调通风系统卫生监管提供科学依据。方法 2015-07,随机抽取12户县级公共场所集中空调通风系统,按照《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》(WS394-2012)的规定,抽样检测空调送风细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌,风管内表面积尘量、细菌总数、真菌总数和冷却水中嗜肺军团菌卫生指标。结果德阳市12户县级公共场所集中空调通风系统,抽检卫生指标全部合格的为2户,合格率为16.67%;冷却水中均未检出嗜肺军团菌,合格率为100%;送风细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌合格率分别为72.22%、44.44%和100%;风管内表面积尘量、细菌总数、真菌总数合格率分别为100.00%、100.00%、97.22%。风管送风细菌总数、真菌总数合格率均低于风管内表面细菌总数、真菌总数合格率,差异有统计学意义。结论德阳市县级公共场所集中空调通风系统送风污染较为严重,尤以真菌总数污染为主,加强送风相关设备的清洗消毒与卫生监督管理,对人群卫生防病具有深远的意义。Objective To investigate the pollution status of centralized air conditioning and ventilation systems in public places in Deyang and provide a scientific basis for sanitary supervision of air conditioning systems in public places at the primary level. Methods In July 2015, air conditioning and ventilation systems of 12 public places at the county level were randomly sampled, and total numbers of bacteria, fungi and beta-hemolytic streptococcus in supplied air; the dust quantity, total numbers of bacteria and fungi on internal surfaces of air ducts and Legionella pneumophilia in cooling water were tested according to Sanitary Standards of Centralized Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems in Public Places (WS394-2012). Results Sanitary indicators of centralized air conditioning and ventilation systems in two ( 16.67% ) out of the 12 public places at the county lev- el in Deyang all complied with related requirements; Legionella pneumophilia was not detected from cooling water, and the qualified rate was 100% ; qualified rates of total numbers of bacteria and fungi and beta-hemolytic streptococcus in supplied air were 72.22%, 44.44% and 100% , respectively; qualified rates of dust quantity, total numbers of bacteria and fungi on internal surfaces of air ducts were 100% , 100% and 97.22% , respectively. Qualified rates of total numbers of bacteria and fungi were lower in supplied air than on internal surfaces of ducts, and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Pollution in supplied air of centralized air conditioning and ventilation systems in public places at the county level in Deyang is serious, and the major problem is that the total number of fungi goes beyond the limit. It is of vital significance for prevention of diseases to enhance cleaning, disinfection and sanitary supervision of related air supply equipment.
