摘 要:目的分析重庆市巴南区流行性腮腺炎流行特征,为制定有效防制措施提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对巴南区2005—2014年流行性腮腺炎监测资料进行分析。结果2005—2014年巴南区累计报告流行性腮腺炎病例4227例,年均报告发病率为47.60/10万。全年出现2次流行高峰,第1次集中于3~7月,第2次集中于10月一次年1月。城区发病率高于农村(x^2=28.15,P〈0.01),男性高于女性(x^2=3.94,P〈0.05),发病以3~15岁的学生及幼托儿童为主(84.43%)。结论巴南区流行性腮腺炎发病率较高,学生是重点发病人群,应进一步扩大免疫覆盖范围,以降低发病率.Objective To analyze the epidemiological features of mumps in Banan District of Chongqing, and provide scientific evidence for making the policy of disease prevention and control. Methods The descriptive epidemiological method was adopted to analyze the surveillance data of mumps from 2005 to 2014. Results A total of 4 227 cases of mumps were reported accumulatively in Banan District during 2005 - 2014 with the annual average incidence of 47.60/100 000. There were two incidence peaks in every March to July and October to next January. Incidence rate in city was higher than than in rural (x^2=260. 87, P 〈0.01 ). The morbidity was significantly higher in the male (x^2 =3.94, P 〈0.05). There were 84.43% cases occurred in children aged 3 14 years. Conclusion The incidence of mumps is high in Banan District. School children are the major affected group. It is necessary to expand the coverage of the immune to reduce the incidence of mumps.
