摘 要:乳腺癌严重危害着女性健康,其发生、发展与细胞增殖密切相关。Ki67作为细胞增殖相关的核抗原,其表达变化与传统预后标志物密切相关,对于指导临床预后及检测新辅助化疗疗效具有重要意义。近年来发展起来的基于量子点的多光谱成像为乳腺癌中Ki67的准确评估贡献了一种新方法。深入了解Ki67在乳腺癌中的作用对于阐明乳腺癌病理机制有积极作用,同时也为Ki67应用于临床提供了理论依据和指导作用。Breast cancer is seriously harmful to women' s health,the occurrence and development of which are closely related to cell proliferation. As cell proliferation associated nuclear antigen,Ki67 expression changes are closely related to traditional prognostic markers,which has great significance for guiding clinical prognosis and detection of the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy. In recent years,the development of multi-spectral imaging based on quantum dots has contributed a new way to the accurate evaluation of Ki67 in breast cancer. Depth understanding of the role of Ki67 in breast cancer not only has a positive effect on elucidating the pathogenesis of breast cancer,but also provides the theoretical basis and guidance for the clinical application of Ki67.
