舒血宁联合百令胶囊治疗急性肾功能不全患者的疗效及对肾功能的保护作用

摘　　要：目的探讨舒血宁联合百令胶囊治疗急性肾功能不全患者的疗效及对肾脏功能的保护作用。方法将2011年2月至2015年2月冀中能源峰峰集团总医院肾内科诊治的急性肾功能不全患者100例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用西医对症治疗,并应用前列地尔注射液20μg+250mL0.9%氯化钠注射液,静脉滴注,每日1次。观察组在对照组治疗方法的基础上采用舒血宁注射液20mL+250mL0.9%氯化钠注射液,静脉滴注,每日1次,联合百令胶囊口服,每次2.5g,每日3次,治疗周期均为2周。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效,评价治疗前(入院1d内)、治疗2周后的临床症状评分及肾脏功能指标变化。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组[96.0%(48/50)比84.0%(42/50)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组与对照组少尿、水肿及恶心呕吐临床症状评分均较治疗前显著降低,观察组治疗后少尿、水肿及恶心呕吐临床症状评分均显著低于对照组[(0.82±0.22)分比(1.12±0.33)分,(0.82±0.25)分比(1.22±0.41)分,(0.86±0.26)分比(1.27±0.42)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组与对照组肌酐、尿素氮及24h尿蛋白定量均较治疗前显著降低,内生肌酐清除率均较治疗前显著升高,观察组治疗后肌酐、尿素氮及24h尿蛋白定量均显著低于对照组[(151.6±41.5)μmol/L比(187.8±46.3)μmol/L、(11.2±3.8)mmol/L比(15.4±4.9)mmol/L、(1.4±0.5)g比(1.9±0.6)g],内生肌酐清除率显著高于对照组[(68.5±15.6)mL/min比(55.2±13.2)mL/min],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性肾功能不全患者的治疗中,舒血宁联合百令胶囊临床疗效好,能够显著改善肾脏功能。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and protection of renal function of Shuxuening combined with Bailing Capsule on the treatment of acute renal failure. Methods Total of 100 acute renal insufficiency patients in General Hospital of Jizhong Energy Fengfeng Group from Feb. 2011 to Feb. 2015 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,50 patients each. The control group was treated with western medicine,and alprostadil injection 20 μg ＋ 250 m L saline,by intravenous drip,1 time / d. On the basis of the control group＇ s treatment method,the observation group was added with shuxuening injection 20 m L ＋ 250 m L 0. 9% normal saline injection,by intravenous drip,1 time / d,combined with corbrin capsule taken orally,2. 5 g / time,3 times / d,the treatment cycle was 2weeks. The clinical efficacy after treatment,evaluation of indexes before the treatment（ within 1 d after admission to the hospital）,and clinical symptoms score and renal function index changes after 2 weeks of treatment of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the total curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group[96. 0%（ 48 /50） vs 84. 0%（ 42 /50） ],the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the observation group and the control group were lower than before treatment with statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）.
