摘　　要："黑客"是当今网络时代的音符,无处不在,但是大部分的人对于"黑客"都存在着误解。"黑客"有着自己独特的内涵,广义的来说黑客更是一种态度,甚至可以说是一种概念似的存在。"黑客"是计算机时代的必然产物,网络时代应该是一个自由的、沟通无障碍的时代,黑客们奉行的"共享""自由"精神正是对此绝佳的诠释。"工作即生活""金钱自身无价值""网络环境应该是自由的"等都是黑客的独特的伦理追求。＂Hacker＂ is a note and everywhere in this network era, while most people are misunderstanding for the ＂Hacker＂. ＂Hacker＂ has its own unique connotation. In general, hacker is an attitude and it is said to be a con- cept of the existence as well. ＂Hacker＂ is the inevitable product of the computer age and the Internet era should considered as a free communication era, which pursued the spirit of ＂Sharing＂ , ＂Freedom＂ as its excellent inter- pretation. ＂Work is life＂ , ＂ Money itself is worthless＂ , as well as ＂The network environment should be free＂ are all the unique ethical pursuit of hackers.
