摘  要:分析CRH380BL型动车组门控信号控制系统工作原理可知,在降弓时动车组的速度传感器会受到弓网离线电弧所产生的电磁干扰,从而导致动车组车门非正常闭锁。现场测试结果表明:弓网离线电弧所产生电磁波的频率在10MHz以下时,辐射能量较多,电磁干扰主要集中在该频段;当频率在10~30MHz时,辐射在频谱上表现为窄带尖峰,且具有较强的随机性。弓网离线电弧干扰动车组速度传感器的机理为:电弧所产生的电磁辐射在速度传感器的编织型同轴电缆表面产生共模电流,使得地电位升高,从而干扰了速度传感器的正常工作。为此,提出并试验在速度传感器的电缆屏蔽层上嵌套磁环,以吸收电磁辐射的高频能量,抑制速度传感器受到的辐射干扰。试验结果表明:嵌套磁环后,车门非正常闭锁的问题得到有效解决;弓网离线电弧产生的电磁波频率在10 MHz以下时,磁环能够使速度传感器受到的电磁干扰峰值下降,最大达10dB;在10~30MHz时,辐射窄带尖峰明显被抑制。The working principles for the control system of the door control unit of CRH380 BL electric multiple unit were analyzed.It was found that the speed sensor of EMU would be affected by the electromagnetic interference caused by pantograph-catenary arc when pantograph dropped,which could result in the abnormal locking of car door.Field test results showed that the electromagnetic interference was concentrated when the frequency of the electromagnetic wave generated by pantograph-catenary arc was less than 10 MHz.There was more radiation energy.When the frequency was 10-30 MHz,the electromagnetic radiation was random and narrow peak in the spectrum.The interference mechanism of pantographcatenary arc to the speed sensor of EMU was given.Common-mode current was generated on the surface of braided coaxial cable of speed sensor due to the electromagnetic radiation of pantograph-catenary arc,which raised the ground potential and interfered with the normal operation of speed sensor.Therefore,a method to absorb the energy of high frequency by nesting magnetic ring on the cable shield of speed sensor was proposed and tested to achieve the purpose of suppressing radiation interference.Test results showed that the problem of the abnormal closing of car door in CRH380 BL EMU was effectively solved by nesting magnetic ring.The electromagnetic interference to the speed sensor could be suppressed at most 10 dB by magnetic ring when the frequency of the electromagnetic wave generated by pantograph-catenary arc was less than 10 MHz.The narrow-band radiation peak was obviously suppressed when the frequency was 10~30 MHz.
