客运专线铁路箱梁现浇用移动模架造桥机应用研究

摘　　要：以温福铁路移动模架造桥机应用实践为依托,文章重点探讨了单主梁、双主梁,上行式及下行式等几种常用移动模架的结构型式。以双主梁下行式前导梁移动模架为研究对象,着重揭示了移动模架的主梁、支腿及模板等主体结构组成、适用特点与范围,打开、合拢与走行等主要工况条件下的工作原理,主要技术参数、施工工艺流程和安全质量控制要素等方面内容;并对移动模架在实际应用中出现的结构细节及施工过程中存在的不合理方面,提出了改进完善建议。研究表明:该几种常用移动模架不仅安全、优质、如期完成了温福客运专线966孔箱梁的浇筑,也可以在今后高速铁路建设中推广使用。研究成果也可为同行们在今后同类工程施工中使用相同或类似设备时快速认识其实质、准确把握和熟练运用提供借鉴与参考。Based on application practice of bridge building machine with movable formwork for Wenzhou - Fuzhourailway, this paper focuses on discussion on several common movable formworks of single girder, double girder, upper-deck type and under-deck type. The research of double-girder under-deck leading girder movable frame reveals mainstructure composition of girder, landing leg and form board of movable formwork, applicable？ characteristics and scope,working principle under the opened, closed and running working conditions, main technical parameters, constructionprocess flow and safety quality control elements, etc.. Some improvement suggestions have been proposed on thestructure details in the practical application and unreasonable aspects during construction. The research results show thatthe several common movable formworks are not only safe, high quality and punctual in completion of cast-in-place of 966hole box girders on Wenzhou-Fuzhou Passenger Dedicated Line, can also be used widely in the construction of high-speed railway in the future. The research results can also provide references for quick essence understanding, accurategrasp and skillful application of the same or similar equipment in the future similar engineering construction.
