摘　　要：高校学生管理法制化是高校依法治校的重要组成部分。为此,在分析了当前高校学生管理法制观念不强、法律法规不完善、管理过程不规范等问题后,提出通过营造法治校园文化、完善全面的法律法规、完善学生权利救济制度等有效途径实现高校学生管理法制化的措施。The legalization of management of university students is an important part of the Law School of the University.Therefore,in the analysis to the management of college students legal concept is not strong,imperfect laws and regulations,problem management process is not standardized,proposed by the rule of law and create the campus culture,improve laws and regulations comprehensive,effective ways to improve the students' rights relief system to realize the legalization of College Students' management measures.
