摘 要:目的探究振动排痰联合红外线理疗对小儿肺炎的改善效果,进一步分析该方式的临床价值。方法选取2014年5月至2015年5月期间医院收治的78例小儿肺炎病例为研究对象,根据不同治疗方式分为观察组和对照组,两组各39例。两组患儿均对症给予药物治疗,对照组患儿接受红外线理疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上应用振动排痰。记录治疗前后患者血气指标水平,治疗过程中严密观察患儿症状,并记录症状缓解时间。结果观察组治疗后SPO2、PO2较入组时升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);RR、PCO2指标明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后RR与PCO2较入组时降低、PO2水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后RR、SPO2、PO2、PCO2比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的临床症状(咳嗽、发热、胸部体征以及X片阴影等)缓解时间较对照组更快,最终观察组住院时间为10.3d,对照组为13.5d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿肺炎采用振动排痰、红外线理疗能更快改善患儿症状和体征,显著改善了相关血气指标,值得在今后推广和应用。Objective To explore the effect of vibration sputum elimination combining infrared physiotherapy in the treatment of pneumonia in children, and to further analyze the clinical value of this method. Methods 78 cases with pediatric pneumonia admitted in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected as the research object. According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into observation group and control group, 39 cases in each. Both groups of children were given drug therapy. The control group were treated with infrared physiotherapy, and the observation group were treated with vibration sputum elimination based on the method of control group. Before and after treatment, the blood gas indexes of the patients were recorded and the symptoms were ob-served closely. The remission period of symptoms was recorded. Results SPO2 and PO2 in observation group were increased after treatment, with statistically significant difference ( P〈0. 05 ); RR and PCO2 indexes decreased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). RR and PCO2 in the control group were lower after treatment, but PO2 level was higher, with statis-tically significant difference (P〈0. 05). The differences of RR, SPO2, PO2, PCO2 between two groups after treatment were statistical-ly significant (P〈0. 05). The remission time of clinical symptoms (cough, fever, chest signs and X-ray shadow, etc. ) in observation group was shorter than that of the control group. The final hospitalization time of observation group was 10. 3 d, while that of control group was 13. 5 days, with statistical significant difference (P〈0. 05). Conclusion vibration sputum elimination combining infrared physiotherapy can improve the symptoms and signs of children with pneumonia, and significantly improve the related blood gas indica-tors. Therefore it is worthy of promotion and application in the future.
