摘 要:针对原喷吹系统存在的并列罐喷煤方式引起高炉风压波动;喷煤管道起伏大、系统工艺不严谨、现有管道选型不符合导致喷吹能力受限等问题,采取了喷吹管道改型、设计自动倒罐程序、实施并联双支管道补气方式、混煤喷吹等改进措施,减少喷吹总管压力波动,实现高炉大煤比下的煤粉平稳均匀输送。Aiming at the problems existing in the original injection system, including BF blast pressure fluctuation caused by the coal-injecting way of paralleling tanks, the big fluctuation of coal-injecting pipes, the loose system process, and the limited injecting capacity caused by the incongruent model selection of existing pipelines, a series of improvement measures, such as the remodeling of coalnjecting pipes, the design of automatic pouring program, the implementation of air supplying with paralleling double pipes and the injecting of mixed coal, were taken, and thus the injecting pressure fluctuation of main pipes was reduced, having realized the smooth and uniform transportation of pulverized coal under the large coal ratio of blast furnace.
