摘  要:通过试验对比研究了正火控冷(NCC)工艺对厚规格EH36高强海工钢板性能、微观组织及冷弯性能的影响。试验结果表明:应用正火控冷(NCC)工艺后,钢板的强度性能损失减少明显,断后伸长率略有降低,-40℃低温冲击稳定性改善明显,冷弯性能良好。Through experiments, the eontrastive study on the influence of normalizing controlled cooling (NCC) process on the properties, microstrueture and cold bending property of EH36 high-strength marine steel plates was carried out. The experiment results showed that, after using of normalizing controlled cooling (NCC) process, the strength loss of plates was reduced obviously, the elongation was slightly lower, the low temperature impact stability at -40℃ was improved obviously, and the cold bending property was good.
